Payment Authorization for Custom Orders
To allow for customization adjustments, your payment will be authorized at checkout but captured after customization is confirmed.
If your requested text exceeds the included character limit, an additional charge will be applied based on the $5 per 21 characters rate. By submitting your order, you authorize Busy Grizzly to capture the adjusted amount if additional customization fees apply.
If the customization requires a significant change or design approval, we will contact you before finalizing the charge.
