Handmade or custom products may contain slight variations that do not qualify as defects.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We may update prices at any time.
Payments are processed securely through Wix Payments or other approved processors.

4. Sales Tax

We collect sales tax for California orders only, based on district rates.
Orders shipped outside CA currently do not require sales tax.

5. Shipping

Shipping timeframes displayed at checkout are estimates.
We are not responsible for carrier delays or packages marked “delivered.”
Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping addresses.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns follow the rules outlined in our Return Policy.

7. Custom Orders

All custom and personalized orders follow our Custom Order Policy.
Once production begins, these orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

8. Intellectual Property

All images, text, artwork, product designs, and logos belong to Barehand Work, LLC.
You may not copy, distribute, or modify our content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Barehand Work, LLC is not liable for:

  • Injuries caused by improper tool or product use

  • Losses from carrier issues or wrong addresses

  • Normal wear-and-tear

RETURN POLICY

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Items MUST be:

  • Unwashed

  • In original packaging

  • Free from odors, stains, pet hair, or wear

Items that fail inspection will be returned at the customer’s cost.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Engraved or embroidered products

  • Tool bags or pouches that have been used or loaded

  • Apparel that shows wear

  • Digital items

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or sale items

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable service.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection.
We reserve the right to deny refunds for items that do not meet return standards.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 48 hours

  • Provide photos of the damage

We will replace the item at no cost if it qualifies.

CUSTOM ORDER POLICY

Custom work is a key part of Barehand Work, LLC. Please review the terms below before placing a custom order.

1. Proof Approval

All custom orders require proof approval (mockup, design file, or written confirmation).
Once approved, no changes or cancellations can be made.

2. Production Timeline

Custom orders generally take 7–21 business days, depending on complexity.
Rush production may be available for an additional fee.

3. Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for:

  • Correct spelling, names, dates, and details

  • Providing accurate images or logos (with permission to use)

  • Approving the final mockup

Small variations in color, material, or placement may occur due to handmade production and do not qualify as defects.

4. No Returns on Custom Items

Custom, personalized, engraved, or embroidered items cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Barehand Work, LLC ships all orders from our fulfillment location in Virginia.
Processing and delivery times may vary based on product type and customization requirements.

Processing Time
  • Standard products: 3–7 business days

  • Custom orders: 7–21 business days (depending on complexity)
    Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods

We use USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the destination, weight, and item type.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight

  • Destination

  • Selected shipping method

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may be delayed during peak periods.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
We are not liable for:

  • Packages sent to the wrong address

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

If a package is returned due to invalid address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

Lost, Stolen, or “Delivered” Packages

If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing:

  1. Check with neighbors, mailbox cluster, or building management.

  2. Contact the carrier to file a missing package claim.

We are not responsible for replacing lost or stolen packages marked “delivered.”

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with:

  • Photos of the shipping box

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Your order number

We will work with you to determine next steps.

International Shipping

Barehand Work offers flat-rate international shipping to select regions.
International orders may experience extended delivery times due to customs inspections and carrier delays.

International Flat Rates
  • Canada: $29.99

  • United Kingdom & European Union: $49.99

  • Australia & New Zealand: $59.99

  • Worldwide (Rest of World): $69.99

These rates cover shipping only.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, import duties, or taxes charged by their country.

Important International Notes
  • We cannot adjust or estimate customs fees.

  • Shipping times vary widely by country.

  • Once a package leaves the United States, tracking updates depend on the destination’s postal system.

  • If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, the customer is responsible for return shipping and reshipment costs.

WARRANTY

Barehand Work, LLC — Product Warranty

Thank you for choosing Barehand Work gear. Every item is crafted with durability, function, and hardworking tradespeople in mind.

Limited Warranty

Barehand Work, LLC guarantees that your product is free from manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:
  • Stitching defects

  • Hardware issues (zippers, buckles, snaps)

  • Construction flaws present at delivery

This warranty does NOT cover:
  • Normal wear-and-tear

  • Cuts, abrasions, or burn damage

  • Misuse or improper handling

  • Modifications or alterations

  • Damage from overloading or commercial misuse

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Within 30 days of receiving your item:

  1. Email us using the website Contact Form

  2. Include your order number

  3. Provide clear photos of the issue

  4. Describe what happened

We will review your claim and determine whether repair, replacement, or partial credit is appropriate.

Important Notes
  • Customer is responsible for shipping products back for inspection, unless the defect is confirmed.

  • Warranty does not apply to custom or personalized items unless the defect is related to construction.
